In the Beginning was The Plan ………..<\/span><\/font><\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

Then came the Assumptions.<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

And the Assumptions were without form and The Plan was without<\/span><\/font> <\/span><\/font>Substance.<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

Darkness was upon the faces of the Airmen.<\/span><\/font><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

And the Airmen went unto their Sergeants and said:<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

"This is a crock of sh<\/span><\/font>!<\/span><\/font>t and it stinks."<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

And the Sergeants went unto their First Shirts saying:<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

"It is a pail of dung and we can’t live with the smell."<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

And the Flight Sergeants went unto their Lieutenants saying:<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

"It is a container of excrement and it is very strong, such that none may abide it."<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

And the Lieutenants went unto their Captains saying:<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

"It is a vessel of fertilizer and none may abide its strength."<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

And the Captains went unto the Majors saying:<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

"It contains that which aids plant growth and it is very strong."<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

And the Majors went unto the Colonels saying:<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

"It promotes growth and it is very powerful."<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

And the Colonels went unto the MAJCOM Commander and said:<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

"This new Plan will actively promote the growth and vigor of the Forces with very powerful effects."<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

And the MAJCOM Commander looked upon The Plan and saw that it was good.<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

And The Plan became Policy.<\/span><\/font><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

And this, my friends, is how Sh<\/span><\/font>!<\/span><\/font>t Happens ……….<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
