Well spent a frustrating day down at my moms house working on her computer. Seems here hard drive crashed a few weeks back and she had to buy a new drive. She tried to recover her data but everything wasn’t working right. She took it to a “computer shop” to get it back to normal and they stated it was back to “normal”. However, I spent 4 hours fixing the “normal”. No Anti virus, no firewall, software was outdated, etc. Most frustrating was that her I-Tunes wasn’t working… and she NEEDED her I-tunes. Two hours of fiddling and some research found the problem was Quicktime and not I-Tunes.
