<\/a>Update (4\/27, 10:54 a.m.)<\/strong>: According to just-released sales figures from the Mint, only 19,398\u00a0 coins remain (all proof). That's about 5.5 percent of the original 350,000-coin mintage.<\/p>\n

We warned you<\/a> that the BSA Centennial coin could soon sell out, and that prediction has partially come true.<\/p>\n

The uncirculated version of the coin (pictured) is no longer available from the U.S. Mint, meaning only the more-expensive proof version remains. <\/p>\n

You can still order the proof version<\/a>, but that stock is going fast. If you're still hoping to get your hands on the uncirculated coin, you have two options. <\/p>\n

First, you can add your name to the U.S. Mint's waiting list<\/a>. If an order is canceled, the U.S. Mint will offer the unclaimed coins to people on the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis. <\/p>\n

If you'd rather not wait, call your local coin shop. Many are already selling the coins, but you should expect to pay up to a $10 premium over what the Mint is charging.<\/p>\n
