\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I am just curious? Can a judge do this? And if so why didn’t some judge do this in 1993 when the policy came into effect instead of waiting 17 years? Whether it be this issue or others, we seem to hear more and more about judges changing rules that have been on the books “forever”, and I for one don’t care for it much.
