Someone had to come into town for an orthodontist visit. First visit since his oral surgery in December, I think. Virus put him behind schedule. Anyway, when he comes he gets to choose dinner and, yup, it was Korean. First “restaurant” food I’ve had since March. Sit down still closed so take out it was.

Started teleworking last week and didn’t really find time to get any exercise into the routine. So out early this morning for some sunshine, a little fresh air, and 5 miles on the Sand Creek trail with my buddy Rich Layton. Still maintained distance from the few people on the trail, but after being cooped up at home again, stuck at the work laptop, it was great getting outside again!

Well it was back to work for me last week so I didn’t get many calories burned. So up early this morning for a little 4 miler back on the Rock Coast trail. Felt pretty good.
