    Just got home from a Halloween party and I am completely sober… how grown up and slightly sad is that? Thanks to today’s Rally To Restore Sanity and/or Fear for tonight’s earwig(s)… all these songs running through my head all night. Good thing there enough room in there for all three.

    I am just curious? Can a judge do this? And if so why didn’t some judge do this in 1993 when the policy came into effect instead of waiting 17 years? Whether it be this issue or others, we seem to hear more and more about judges changing rules that have been on the books “forever”, and I for one don’t care for it much. No flaming me please, I am not critiquing DADT, just questioning this decision.
