Sky Sox Hurlers Set Franchise Scoreless Innings Streak Record
When the Sacramento River Cats scored a run with one out in the bottom of the ninth inning last night, it brought to an end a Sky Sox franchise record. Before the run was plated, the Colorado Springs Sky Sox pitching staff had not allowed a run in 28.2 consecutive innings.
