Insurance inspector is here, looks like I’m getting another new roof. I was hoping it came through with minimal damage since we just had it done 5 years ago. However, the huge hail holes say otherwise. via Facebook

This may be “the boys” fourth day back at school, but it’s his first official day as a big ‘ol High School Senior! No first day pics from me, but you’ll probably see one from his mom in a bit. So amazing, when I was in school it seemed to go on FOREVER until we graduated, and now it seems just like yesterday, well maybe more like last week, we were dropping off this little kid at kindergarten. Look at the mess, oh well I guess I took today off for a reason. Was going to have a Netflix marathon, now it might be a yard cleaning/repairing marathon. At least the dog is enjoying chomping on the hail that hasn’t melted yet, so he’s helping. via Facebook

Well it looks like we were pretty lucky. Yeah, we got damage from last night’s storm, but compared to others it is nothing to complain about. Still will need to get the roof looked at, but it looks OK. Pictured is the vinyl cover on the BBQ. How fast was the hail going to punch a hole straight through? AMAZING! via Facebook
