I have done something every day this week that I don’t think I have done since I was four years old… I have taken a nap. The heat, walking, food and drink makes one quite tired. No wonder parts of the country still closes in the afternoon for siesta. I wish we did siestas at home 🤔 via Facebook

I have never taken an “organized” tour before this one and I’d like to say I’m really enjoying the diversity of the group we’re with. The other night dinner with some Australians, yesterday snacks with a couple from South Africa, and tonight dinner with 3 lovely ladies from Thailand. It gets harder to understand after each glass of wine, but so cool to share cultural stories. via Facebook

Pisa was nice. Now I can say I’ve actually seen the tower in real life. Off to a working olive oil farm and factory where we are having another Italian style dinner. Which is awesome, because I am hungry. I know, no surprise there. via Facebook
